How we work together

Independent, but never alone.

Every practitioner runs their own self-employed practice. Melody of Minds brings the visibility, the community and a steady flow of client introductions — so you can grow without building everything on your own.

  • Room partner

Practise from our rooms in Zurich with your own clients, and optionally join the network.

    • Book rooms by the half-day, day or a fixed weekly slot
    • Fair, fixed rental — no hidden fees
    • Upgrade to associate whenever you want introductions
  • Associate

Join the Melody of Minds network and receive client introductions that match your profile.

    • A full profile on our team page and in our matching
    • Enquiries that fit your languages and focus are passed on to you
    • One fixed monthly membership — no commission per client
  • Online associate

Work remotely with international clients and still be part of the network.

    • Introductions for online clients across time zones
    • Ideal for clinicians living outside Zurich
    • Add in-person room days whenever you like

How client introductions work

We connect — we don't employ. Clinical and financial responsibility always stays with each independent practitioner.

  1. Step 1

    A client reaches out

Enquiries arrive through Melody of Minds — our website, workshops and community.

  2. Step 2

    We introduce, you decide

We pass the enquiry to practitioners whose languages and focus fit. You choose whether to take it on.

  3. Step 3

    You work directly

The therapeutic contract, records and billing are between you and your client — your practice stays yours.
